To reset your password, please try to reset your MINI ID password by selecting "Forgot Password?" on the MINI ID Login page (also accessible via www.mini-charging.com).
In case you want to change your login email address or your password, which are both used for the login to the MINI Charging account, please refer to www.mini.com.
Hint: if you don't receive a reset passwort email by MINI after resetting your password, your MINI ID is probably a different one than the one you are receiving your MINI Charging invoices to. Please try another one of your frequently used emails addresses to login.
After logging in to your charging account, you can change only the email address to which we send billing and marketing emails. Please note that changing this email address will only change the communication emails being sent to the new address, the login will not be affected by this change.
