To reset or update your MINI Charging login credentials, follow these steps:
Resetting your password
- Go to the MINI ID Login page, accessible via MINI ID.
- Click on "Forgot password" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Tip: If you do not receive a password reset email, it is possible that your MINI ID is different from the email address that you used for registering your account. Please note that your login and communication email addresses may be different. Please try logging in with another one of your frequently used email addresses.
Changing your login email or password
To change the email address or password linked to your MINI Charging account, please visit the MINI ID page on the MINI website. This is where your login credentials are managed.
Important: You cannot change your password directly on the MINI Charging website. Any updates made on the MINI ID page will automatically apply to your MINI Charging account as well.
Updating communication email address
Once logged into your MINI Charging account:
- You can update the email address used for receiving billing and marketing communications.
Note: This change does not affect your login email address, which will remain unchanged unless updated separately via the MINI ID website.
