If you receive an email about a data mismatch, it means that the information in your MINI and MINI Charging account does not match. You need to update your data within 30 days to avoid cancellation of your contract.
How do I update my vehicle information in MINI?
- Open the MINI on your device.
- Ensure your vehicle is listed with the status "Your vehicle is confirmed."

You need to create a new MINI Charging contract for your current vehicle:

- Create a new contract for your current vehicle.
- Ensure all details, including your MINI ID and VIN, match those in the MINI.

If your data mismatch isn't corrected within the specified time, we will have to cancel your MINI Charging contract.

If your contract is cancelled due to a VIN mismatch:

- Verify the VIN shown in the contract dashboard is correct.
