Invoice generation:

• Invoices are generated on the last day of each month.
• You will receive your invoice via email within the following few days after generation. It will be sent as a PDF attachment to the designated communication or billing address you provided.

For credit card or PayPal payments:

• If you have chosen to pay by credit card or PayPal, your payment will be processed automatically without requiring any additional action from you.

For business customers (invoice or SEPA payment)

• SEPA Direct Debit: If you have set up SEPA Direct Debit, the outstanding amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account without requiring any additional action from you.
• Invoice/Bank transfer: For business customers still using the traditional invoice payment method, please transfer the outstanding amount to the bank account provided on your invoice. Be sure to include the invoice ID in the comment section of your bank transfer for accurate processing.

Invoice access:

Please note that you can always access and download your invoices via a web browser by logging into your MINI Charging account, not the app.
